These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AURAJONG website, online store, products, features, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

AURAJONG is a brand operated by Shandong Baozhi Cultural Supplies Co., Ltd. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, submitting information, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies or terms referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Eligibility and Use of the Services

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our website, products, systems, or content in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, interferes with the operation of the Services, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their materials, colors, finishes, dimensions, features, and included items.

However, photographs, videos, digital renderings, screen displays, and other visual representations may not reproduce colors, textures, finishes, proportions, or materials exactly as they appear in person.

Products made from natural or artisanal materials, including wood, leather, stone, acrylic, metal, and similar materials, may contain natural variations in grain, color, texture, pattern, veining, tone, or surface appearance. These variations are part of the nature of the material and are not necessarily defects.

Product dimensions and specifications may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. We may improve or modify product specifications, construction details, packaging, or components where the change does not materially reduce the product's intended functionality or value.

Prices and Availability

Prices, product availability, promotions, delivery options, and other offers may change from time to time without prior notice, except where otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or other errors appearing on the Services.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment to provide corrected information or, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for the canceled portion.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order. We may review orders before acceptance for product availability, payment authorization, fraud prevention, delivery feasibility, customization requirements, pricing accuracy, or other reasonable operational considerations.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product unavailability, shipping limitations, misuse of promotions, or other legitimate business or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the cancellation is not caused by a chargeback, fraud, or other payment reversal, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and payment providers made available at checkout. Your payment may be subject to additional terms imposed by the applicable payment provider.

You are responsible for all charges, taxes, fees, and other amounts disclosed to you before completing your purchase, except where otherwise stated.

Made-to-Order and Customized Products

Certain AURAJONG products may be made to order or customized according to selections, specifications, materials, finishes, colors, dimensions, structural details, or other choices approved by the customer.

Products identified as made-to-order or customized at the time of purchase are final sale.

These products are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, color or material preference, customer-approved dimensions or specifications, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error made by AURAJONG.

This final-sale rule does not limit claims relating to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect production caused by AURAJONG, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customized Order Cancellations

If you need to request cancellation of a made-to-order or customized product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the customer has provided final approval and production has begun, the made-to-order or customized order cannot be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery methods, estimated timelines, service levels, and applicable charges are described in our Shipping Policy and in information presented at the time of purchase.

For eligible AURAJONG tables, Standard U.S. Delivery may be included where specifically stated on the product page or during checkout.

Our current estimated delivery timelines for applicable table orders are generally:

Standard Delivery: approximately 7–9 weeks from order confirmation.
Expedited Delivery: approximately 3–5 weeks from order confirmation, where available, for an additional $800.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Actual delivery may be affected by product preparation, manufacturing, inspection, carrier schedules, vessel schedules, port operations, customs procedures, weather, transportation disruptions, destination accessibility, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Inspection and Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect delivered products and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you believe a product was damaged during shipping, please contact AURAJONG promptly and provide reasonably requested information, which may include photographs, videos, packaging images, delivery documents, product information, or other evidence needed to evaluate the claim.

Shipping damage claims are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and any product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, eligible non-customized products may generally be subject to a return request period of 14 days after delivery, together with applicable condition, packaging, shipping, and restocking requirements described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Made-to-order and customized products are subject to the final-sale rules described in these Terms and our Refund & Return Policy.

Limited Warranty

Eligible AURAJONG tables identified as including warranty coverage are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

The applicable 2-Year Limited Warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the original end-user purchaser and continues for two years from that date.

Products purchased new through an authorized AURAJONG retailer receive the same applicable 2-Year Limited Warranty as eligible products purchased directly from AURAJONG.

For products purchased through an authorized AURAJONG retailer, the warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original end-user purchaser, not on the date the authorized retailer originally received the product into inventory.

If an authorized AURAJONG retailer purchases a product for its own use rather than for resale, the retailer is considered the original end-user purchaser for warranty purposes.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, the Limited Warranty applies to the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

The Limited Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, improper installation, improper moving or storage, damage caused by incompatible parts, unauthorized modifications, improper repairs, environmental damage, natural material variation, or other excluded circumstances described in the applicable warranty terms.

For an approved warranty claim, an appropriate remedy may include troubleshooting, technical guidance, covered replacement parts, component replacement, remote repair guidance, reasonable standard shipping associated with the warranty service, repair labor arranged or authorized by AURAJONG, or another appropriate remedy.

The Limited Warranty does not automatically include in-home, on-site, or local technician service. Where local or on-site repair assistance is appropriate, the service must be arranged or authorized by AURAJONG in advance in order for the applicable service cost to qualify for warranty coverage.

Proof of purchase, product information, serial number, photographs, video, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate a warranty claim may be requested.

Customers who purchased through an authorized AURAJONG retailer may provide the retailer receipt, invoice, or other reasonable proof of purchase.

Lifetime Free Technical Support

Where AURAJONG describes a product as including Lifetime Free Technical Support, this means free remote technical assistance for the original AURAJONG product during its useful service life.

Free remote technical support may include troubleshooting, diagnostic guidance, product information, identification of compatible replacement parts, and remote repair or replacement guidance.

Lifetime Free Technical Support is separate from the 2-Year Limited Warranty.

During the applicable Limited Warranty period, approved warranty claims are handled according to the warranty terms, including applicable covered replacement parts, reasonable standard shipping, and repair labor arranged or authorized by AURAJONG where appropriate.

After the Limited Warranty period expires, eligible remote technical assistance remains free of charge. However, replacement parts, shipping, third-party technician fees, on-site labor, expedited service, and other physical goods or services are not included free of charge unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where appropriate after the warranty period, customers may purchase replacement parts directly from AURAJONG or may choose to source a compatible replacement locally using model or specification information provided by AURAJONG.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, billing, shipping, delivery, access, and other information necessary for us and our service providers to fulfill your order.

You are also responsible for reviewing product dimensions, access paths, doorways, elevators, stairs, room dimensions, placement requirements, electrical requirements, and other conditions relevant to installation or delivery before completing your purchase.

Additional costs or delivery complications caused by inaccurate information, inaccessible delivery conditions, missed appointments, or other circumstances within the customer's reasonable control may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents, including the AURAJONG name, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, layouts, website content, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to AURAJONG or its affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our protected content.

Content You Submit

If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, captions, social media handles, product information, or other content to AURAJONG, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

Submission of content does not automatically grant AURAJONG unrestricted marketing or advertising rights unless you separately provide the applicable permission, license, authorization, or consent.

Programs such as Share Your Space may include separate submission terms or permissions that apply in addition to these Terms.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on or contain links to third-party platforms and providers, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, social media services, analytics tools, and other third parties.

We are not responsible for the independent terms, privacy practices, availability, content, or conduct of third-party services that we do not control.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity.

This includes, without limitation, attempting to interfere with website security, introducing malicious software, scraping or extracting data through unauthorized automated means, impersonating another person, submitting false information, violating intellectual property rights, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.

Website and Digital Services Disclaimer

Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the AURAJONG website and digital features are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that the website or digital features will always operate without interruption, delay, technical error, or security incident.

This section does not disclaim, restrict, or replace any express written product warranty provided by AURAJONG, including the applicable AURAJONG Limited Warranty, and does not exclude or limit any implied warranty, consumer right, guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AURAJONG and Shandong Baozhi Cultural Supplies Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or relating to the Services or products, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability, warranties, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AURAJONG and Shandong Baozhi Cultural Supplies Co., Ltd. from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, material violation of these Terms, threats to security, or other legitimate reasons.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply after termination.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty & Service terms, product-specific terms, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and applicable purchases from AURAJONG.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, products, operations, policies, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by applicable law.
