Delivery options and estimated timelines are outlined below so you know what to expect before placing your order.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard delivery option is designed for customers who prefer the most economical delivery schedule. Estimated delivery is typically 7–9 weeks from order confirmation.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY
For eligible table orders, Expedited Delivery is available for an additional $800 where available. Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 weeks from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless AURAJONG expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, carrier schedules, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
What Happens After You Order
Every order moves through a carefully managed process before it reaches your home. Here is what to expect from confirmation through final delivery.
We review your order within 24 hours of confirmation, verify the delivery details, and begin coordinating preparation and fulfillment.
Your AURAJONG is prepared, carefully inspected, and secured for shipment. To help reduce the risk of damage during long-distance transportation, tables may be packed using protective materials, reinforced packaging, or a wooden crate depending on the product and transportation requirements.
Once your order is ready, shipment is coordinated around available vessel schedules and port cut-off times. Even expedited ocean services operate on fixed weekly schedules, so the date your order is completed can affect the next available departure.
If an order is completed shortly after a shipping cut-off, it may need to wait for the following sailing, which can add additional time to the overall delivery schedule.
Because delivery distances across the United States vary significantly, transit times may differ depending on the final destination.
Based on our experience, deliveries to the Western U.S. are typically about one week faster than deliveries to the Eastern U.S.
After your shipment arrives at the destination port and completes customs and terminal processing, it is transferred to a specialized oversized-freight carrier for final delivery.
Because AURAJONG tables are shipped as oversized freight and may require reinforced protective packaging, final delivery is typically handled by a truck carrier rather than a standard parcel service.
Please allow additional time for port processing, customs clearance, carrier transfer, and final delivery scheduling.
Because part of the journey takes place by ocean freight, tracking may not update continuously while your shipment is at sea. This does not necessarily mean the shipment has stopped moving. We will provide available updates as your order moves through key stages of the delivery process.
